Receta: Porridge de Avena y Mantequilla de almendras

Hablemos de recetas fáciles y porridge 🤭 simplemente se mezcla todo, se deja reposar la noche anterior para que la avena se hidrate y después le agregas los toppings que tú quieras! Frutas, frutos secos, mantequilla de frutos secos, etc.

Me encanta esta receta por lo versátil que es, ya que puedes ir variando siempre los toppings según lo que se te antoje en ese momento 🙌🏻

Ingredientes:
- 1 plátano pequeño molido (idealmente maduro)
- 2 cdas mantequilla de almendras y coco de @smartsnack.cl
- 1 cdta esencia de vainilla
- 200ml taza leche
- 60 g yogurt
- 100g avena @thepower_offood
- 1 cda semillas de chía
- 5 frutillas grandes trozadas

Toppings:
-Frutillas
-Plátanos en rodajas
-Coco rallado
-1 cda mantequilla de almendras

Instrucciones:
1. En un bowl mezcla el plátano molido con la mantequilla de almendras, la vainilla, leche y yogurt y revuelve hasta que quede todo bien incorporado.
2. Luego agrega la avena, chía y finalmente las frutillas trozadas.
3. Deja reposar toda la noche en el refrigerador.
4. Al día siguiente acompáñalo con más frutas, coco rallado y más mantequilla de almendras! Si prefieres el porridge un poco más aguado, puedes agregar más leche y también usar algún endulzante para darle extra sabor!
