¿Por qué elegir las Energyballs de Smartsnack?

Delicias dulces… una bomba de nutrientes! Como Nutricionista y Health Coach siempre estoy en búsqueda de nuevas opciones de alimentos, ingredientes y colaciones para recomendar a mis pacientes.

Las colaciones han pasado a tomar bastante importancia en nuestro día a día, dado el estilo de vida rápido, inmediato y exigente que llevamos. Necesitamos comer, pero no tenemos tiempo y tampoco queremos cualquier cosa… queremos comer rico, sano, que nos de energía y que también nos ayude a mantener un peso saludable… estamos más exigentes… pero se puede!

El año pasado conocí estas increíbles bolitas o energyballs… Yo siempre he preparado este tipo de snack, pero no todos tenemos el tiempo y las ganas de hacerlas en la casa… pero además de eso, estas me fascinaron… Los ingredientes perfectos; frutos secos y semillas, que nos aportan proteínas y grasas saludables, muy necesarias. Dátiles, fruto cargado de fibra, minerales y que le da ese dulzor maravilloso. Juntos forman la armonía perfecta para sentirnos saciados y comer algo muy rico y que a su vez nos está nutriendo! Textura deseada, lograron la forma de hacerlas compactas y a su vez respetando la textura de sus nobles ingredientes. Nivel de dulzor, acidez en su punto… Perfección hecha snack! Estas Energyballs de Smartsnack tienen la dosis exacta para ser una colación, (pensando en el aporte calórico) y para no quedar repleto y con sensación de pesadez, como tampoco con hambre y con ganas de seguir comiendo.

Es un snack simple, práctico y, un punto muy importante para mí, que siempre lo destaco a mis pacientes, son los beneficios de comer alimentos naturales y poco procesados. Por lo ricas, por su alta calidad nutritiva, por el equilibrio entre sus ingredientes, cantidad proporción; siempre encontraré estas bolitas como dentro de mis mejores recomendaciones como snacks. Es una increíble opción para mantener una alimentación sana, independiente si queremos bajar, subir o mantener peso, ideal para niños y deportistas… todo depende de las cantidades. Recomendado para cualquier edad y cualquier estilo de alimentación.
