Recipe: A Powerful Energy Bowl

When we need to start the day with all the energy, nothing better than a bowl full of superfoods. A healthy and super easy to prepare alternative, with this recipe there are no excuses for not eating healthy.

(For 1 serving)

Ingredients:

for the mix

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

1 serving of vegetable protein (optional)

1 cup of non-dairy milk (this can be adjusted depending on taste)

1 tablespoon of maca powder

1 tablespoon lucuma powder

To decorate

2 Smart Snack Energy Balls

laminated coconut to taste

whole almonds

Banana

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the mixture in a blender, ideally high power.
  2. Arrange in a bowl and decorate with 2 Energy Balls, laminated coconut and cocoa nibs.

Adding a serving of vegetable protein to your breakfast will keep you energized for longer. This breakfast is special for the whole family and ideal for athletes.
