RECIPE: Marbled Peanut Butter Brownie

Our friends from @cocinandox2 prepared this recipe from another world! Ultra chocolaty with CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER that gave it a wonderful touch!

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup of oil, we used canola
- 1/2 cup of chocolate, hopefully with a high % cocoa
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened bitter cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup of sweetener, we used allulose.
- 1/3 cup skim milk + 4 more tablespoons
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Mix the egg, vanilla, oil and melted chocolate in a bowl (we melted it in the microwave for 30 second intervals). Mix very well and add 1/3 cups of the milk.
3. Then integrate the flour, the powders and the cocoa, mix very well and gradually add the remaining 4 tablespoons of milk until you have a very homogeneous sticky consistency.
4. Put the mixture in a previously oiled mold and add the peanut butter, with the help of a knife mix everything a little and decorate with cocoa nibs if you want.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees, let cool a bit and READY! They die what this delight is!
